Until August 2024, I was a communications officer at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) and produced a lot of written and audio/video content for them.
When I joined in March 2022, I initially wrote a lot of their quarterly magazine, Optimum Nutrition (from longform features and interviews, to shorter pieces like news and Q&As) covering nutrition and lifestyle topics as varied as depleting soils, gluten-free baking and the benefits of mackerel.
But, when the print magazine was scrapped in January 2023, I switched to writing articles for the website and newsletter instead, hosting and producing a podcast, and co-editing a cookbook to be launched in October.
Here are some links to explore my work with ION further:
Below you can find some of the articles I wrote for them, from March 2022 until August 2024, excluding smaller contributions such as news and book reviews.
