ION

I’m currently a communications officer at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) and produce a lot of written and audio/video content for them.

I previously wrote a lot of their quarterly magazine, Optimum Nutrition – from longform features and interviews, to shorter pieces like news and Q&As – covering nutrition and lifestyle topics as varied as depleting soils, gluten-free baking and the benefits of mackerel.

Now, the print magazine is no longer running, so I write articles for the website and newsletter instead, host and produce a podcast, and co-edit a cookbook to be launched in October.
